Application Scope:

Applicable for packing biscuit,cookie, walnut cake and other regular shape objects.Connected with former production line by automatic feeder, to achieve single-chip, overlay (2-4), multi heaps packaging form.

Main function & structure characteristics:

1.Biscuit feeding and packing line includes separating conveyor, distributing conveyor,automatic feeding unit and automatic packing machine.Biscuits and other products are spaced out and distributed, and then the products are transmitted orderly to the packing machine for packaging.The packing line can achieve the effects of continuous and orderly production, low reject rate, and beautiful appearance.

2.Packing speed of single line can achieve to 180 bags/min.

3.Power supply adopts 220V 50Hz, total power is about 20KW as the drawing(4 lines).

4.Simplified structure, easy operation,convenient cleaning and maintenance,it’s easy and fast to change films and setting when changing products with different size.

5.Equipped with food grade blue anti-microbial PU belt,anti-sticking belt and white PU belt are also optionally available.
