Application Scope:

The big size product automatic feeding & packing line is suitable for large shape, soft surface bread, hamburgers or any regular shape products and so on. Connected with former production line by automatic feeder or manual feeder.

Main fuction & structure characteristics:

1.Bread automatic feeding & packing line makes the products steering, tracking, positioning, and then using the belt conveyor to feed the products into the packing machine accurately.

2.For products with larger shape and soft surface, the use of belt conveyor can be more precise positioning and avoid damage to products.

3.Packing speed of single line can achieve to 80bags/min.

4.Power supply 220V 50Hz, total power is about 4.2KW
(single line).

Advantage:

1.By the use of multi-stage differential distantiation and multi-grade feeding belt, the products are arranged neatly, location accurate and high speed.

2.Dismantle the belts without tools, crumble slots are installed in the connecting places and in the bottom of the belt, easy tomaintain, save time and effort.

3.Simplified structure, easy operation, convenient cleaning and maintenance, it’s easy and fast to change films and setting when changing products with different size.

4.Equipped with food grade blue anti-microbial PU belt, anti-sticking belt and white PU belt are also optionnally available.

5.High quality electric components are adopted in control system; intellingent PLC, touch screen and wonderful HMI, make the operation easy and intuitive.
