Application Scope:

Applicable for packing steamed cakes, other soft and sticky objects with regular shape, which come out in order with large capacity.

Main function & structure characteristics:

1.Steamed cake feeding and packing line includes separating conveyor, sinking type conveyor, automatic feeding unit and automatic packing machine. Steam cakes and other products are separated and arranged, then distributed to feeding unit by sinking type conveyor which are controlled by photoelectric, after being arranged and located in the feeding unit, the products finally flow to automatic packaging machine. The Steamed cake feeding & packing line can achieve the effects of continuous and orderly production, low rejection rate, and beautiful packing appearance.

2.Packing speed of one line can achieve to 80-130 bags/min.

3. Power supply adopts 220V 50Hz, total power is about 10 KW as the drawing (2 lines).

5.Equipped with food grade blue anti-microbial PU belt, anti-sticking belt and white PU belt are also optionally available.
